Lumina Medical is a Los Angeles–based medical device company focused on the design and clinical development of girth-adjustable vaginal and anorectal dilators.
Our devices enable controlled, incremental dilation within a single device, addressing the limitations of conventional fixed-size dilators and aiming to improve tolerability, adherence, and therapeutic outcomes.

Lumina Medical holds a 26-country patent portfolio covering its girth-adjustable dilator technology, including the United States, Europe, China, Japan, and other key jurisdictions.
Clinical collaborators for the Company’s vaginal dilation programs include Keith Aqua, MD (OB/GYN), and Michael Krychman, MD (OB/GYN), contributing to clinical strategy and study development.
